In addition to her work at the IBIS Clinic, she served as a Problem Behavior Clinic Practicum Student at the University of Miami. Here, she conducted various behavior procedures, including Competing Stimulus Assessments and Functional Assessments, further refining her expertise in data collection and analysis.
Her commitment to the field extended to the UM-NSU CARD Summer Camp at Tropical Elementary where she implemented behavior procedures such as picky eating and the My Way protocol. This experience involved not only creating individualized treatment plans for camp attendees but also training school staff—teachers, counselors, and volunteers—ensuring the fidelity of behavioral procedures.

Stephanie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other pervasive developmental disorders since 2017. Her mastery of the science in combination with her love and compassion for children with developmental disorders have allowed her to help children and families with the highest level of quality care. Throughout her career, she has also provided operational and clinical leadership to several clinics in South Florida as a consultant. She has a strong enthusiasm for advocacy and the dissemination of behavior science. Stephanie received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami's Business School and her Master's degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. In order to pursue the highest level of education in the science of Behavior Analysis she also attended Columbia University's graduate program for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where she specialized in verbal development of children under the direct tutelage of the esteemed Dr. R. Douglas Greer. After experiencing unethical ABA practices in South Florida working for several companies, she founded an ABA center to provide the highest level of service in 2019. She has conducted and been a part of several research studies based on the principles found in Skinner's book Verbal Behavior (1957).
